Elderly Programs

In one generation, senior health has declined to become three times worse than the previous generation’s. Just 25 years ago, an entire generation enjoyed a level of health three times the current generation. This is the result of a study of the 78 million baby boomers by the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey.

Today, an 85year-old will live the last eleven years of life with partial disability and one year of the need for total care. The decline begins in the sixties and insidiously expands.

Balance Program Many experts feel poor balance is the root of senior- year health degradation. Largely due to risk of falls, adults older than 60 years spend approximately 80% of their awake time in sedentary activities which represents 8 to 12 hours per day and cause a myriad of health problems. The average 80-year-old can only stand on a single leg for 12 seconds. Our free elderly programs begin with a proven method of improving balance so seniors can begin exercise and take up more social activities.

Exercise Program Our free exercise programs are proven to improve cognitive ability as well as reduce the biological age of the elderly breathing systems by 20 years in just three months. The exercises are gentle and are suitable for people in any condition. They improve muscle tone and strength without exertion. Hundreds of studies prove their efficacy.
